How to book

Hire Cars

Our Package

-First of all make sure we have vacancies for the period you are interested in, then you can start checking out flights to Málaga.
-Please note our bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. If you are only able find a flight, say on a Friday or a Sunday, or you wish to stay more than 7 nights, please let us know before you book it, to make sure we can accommodate you.
-Once you have booked your flight and sent us your flight details we will send you a "Confirmation of Reservation" and a request for deposit - this will be approximately 30% of the total amount.
-We work with hire vehicles: cars, caddies and minibuses, depending on how many you are.
-These are used not only for your return trip to and from the airport, but also for getting around the flying sites.
-Our paragliding guide is insured to drive all the vehicles that are from the hire company we use.
-In the unlikely event of non-flyable weather, the vehicle is yours to go where you wish.
-The practicality of using hire vehicles has proved itself time and time again.
-Our guide is insured to drive your vehicle.
-Our package price is based on two people sharing a room and a car, so if you are travelling alone there will be an individual supplement to pay on both the car and the room.


-The package price is for a week and includes 7 nights' accommodation with breakfast, 6/7 days guiding driving & retrieval and 7 days hire car.


-Extra days can be added on.



How to pay

Insurance

-The best way to pay the deposit is by bank transfer or by credit/debit card (we recommend Transferwise). Please note, this is a guarantee of your booking and it is non-refundable and non-transferable.


-The balance is payable on arrival either in cash or by card.


-Please note our prices are in Euro.



-We are happy to run "bar and food tabs" throughout the week and these can be settled at the end of your stay.
-On arrival you will be met by a hire car rep (orange t-shirt). It is important you get a number before you get directed to the courtesy bus. If your flight is delayed, do not worry as they have your flight details. We will send you the information to collect your car and find the hotel California. You should remember to print the car voucher and hand it over when collecting your car.
-You will need your passport, your driving license and credit card. You will be charged for half a tank of fuel.
-Fully comprehensive insurance is included but you will be offered an optional extra insurance to eliminate the excess and to cover extras such as wheels, tires, undercarriage, windows,…
-It's also worth noting that when driving in Spain, you should have your passport & driving license on you.
-We recommend that you take out holiday cover at the time of booking or as soon as possible in case of unforeseen cancellation.

-Please note that if you cancel your holiday at any time you will lose your deposit. If you cancel your holiday two weeks or less prior to arrival you will be invoiced for the full amount.

-For pilots, repatriation cover is compulsory - specific to paragliding. All our guests, pilots and non-pilots should have an EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) card with them.


-Having a radio is compulsory. If you do not have one and would like to rent one from us please let us know in advance.
